Vinification: Hand picked – Pappou is a special wine with 18 different varieties of grapes inside, Xinomavro, Negoska, Fokiano, Vapsa, Pamidi, Sefka, Rozaki, Fartsalo, Cinsault, Mavroudi, and some white blends, Roditis, Zoumiati, Tsaousi, Goumenissis, Bandiki, Mominsko, Sasla, etc.. Destemming, classic red alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts and without adding oenological materials (enzymes, proteins, etc.) with controlled temperature in the alcoholic fermentation. Staying with the lees for 1 month and then staying in a 500ri barrel for 12 months, no stabilization or collaring. Bottling is done without filtering.

Amber ruby ​​color. On the nose aromas of small red fruits (cherry, blackberry, raspberry), florality, spices and notes of oak.  Mouth rich, complex with aromatic intensity, with good structure and tannicity.

Food Pairing: It is served at 16-18°C and can accompany grilled meats, pork in the oven, lamb juveci, braised veal, pasticcio, pork with leeks and quince in red sauce, sausages, meat pie with leeks, charcuterie.
