Vinification is with native yeasts, without sulphites and without interventions such as filtering or clarification.
Elegant aromatics, cool red fruit and Mediterranean herbs. Sulfur-free and with a “natural” finish reminiscent of the fruit of fresh almonds.
Pair with veal or spicy meatballs in tomato sauce with rice or pasta with grilled home-made sausage.
