Muscat Blanc – White wine – Samos
Vinification process: The grapes are hand harvested from young bush vines in the third Week of August 2023 and pressed directly, without any kind of skin contact. After cold sedimentation (24H), the must is let to ferment with indigenous yeasts at 17C. Once the fermenting reaches 9% ABV, the fermentation is stopped with cooling. The wine is then racked and aged on its fine lees for 7 months (with biweekly batonnage), before being bottled.
Early Harvest is an energetic off-dry white wine. In the glass, it shimmers with a light lemon hue. Inviting aromas of green apple, lime, and citrus dance on the nose, while the crisp acidity beautifully balances the wine’s sweetness.
