Fokiano – Rose Sparkling Pet Nat – Ikaria
Vinification: Fermentation with organic grapes and indigenous-wild yeasts, five months aged on the wine-lees with disgorgement. Single fermentation in the bottle, no additives, no filtering, low Sulphites. Fermentation completed in the bottle, thus trapping the naturally produced carbon dioxide that makes the wine sparkling.
