Kosmas – Rose wine – Delphi
Wine made from wild, tree-climbing vines, of very old age (80 – 250 years old). Vinification process followed is that for the classic rose, manually harvested and hand selected, destemmed, Fermentation: Spontaneous fermentation with Ambient yeast, first in wood fermenters for 15 days, and then in stainless steel tanks for about 60 days) Malolactic: Naturally completed Maturation takes 2-7 months in 1,000lt stainless steel tanks and 250lt old wooden barrels (depending on the harvesting year) Clarification isn’t needed thanks to the Winter’s low temperatures. Nothing added, including zero added sulfites. It is certified organic. It is drunk at 10-12 degrees Celsius
Ideal for aperitifs. Accompanies salads, light meals, soft cheeses.
