Vinification: biodynamically cultivated, enhanced with mineral dimension reminiscent of chalk. Fermentation is done with wild yeasts, remaining for 8 months in contact with the lees in tanks.

Vinification: Fermentation are spontaneous and all wines are bottled unfiltered and without any extra processes, whilst the addition of sulphites is is minimal
