Roditis  – White wine – Goumenissa

Vinification: biodynamically cultivated, enhanced with mineral dimension reminiscent of chalk. Fermentation is done with wild yeasts, remaining for 8 months in contact with the lees in tanks.

Fuller bodied with subtle floral aromas leading to a dry, mineral-driven palate

Pairs with pho, pad thai, hummus, fresh oyster, smokedfish and fish roe

Vinification: Fermentation are spontaneous and all wines are bottled unfiltered and without any extra processes, whilst the addition of sulphites is is minimal

An aromatic floral nose with lemon and nuts on the palate. Finishes with baked buttered apple and herbs

Pairs with grilled fish, hummus, feta, tabouleh, and olives.
