12 months in oak barrels, unfiltered.
Dark ruby red, elegant and bold.
Pairs great with meat in all its forms.
Aresis is their first white wine, Assyrtiko, spontaneously fermented and unfiltered. It remained for 5 days in contact with the skins and 3 months in contact with the lees. It was then matured for 3 months in acacia casks and aged for another 7 before release, with minimal sulphite added only before bottling.
